About SICCS

Southern Illinois Case Coordination Services, Inc. (SICCS) is a not-for-profit, independent service coordination agency that began providing services on July 1, 1989. Initially, SICCS was grant funded to provide Pre-Admission Screening for those who have Development Disabilities and who were seeking services in the Developmental Disability service system. Over the years, our contracts have expanded to include Individual Service and Support Advocacy, enrollment in PUNS database (state-wide waiting list for funding for services), State Operated Developmental Center Transition services, ADA/Olmstead Outreach, Housing Navigator, and general service coordination. SICCS provides services at no cost to people or families.

The SICCS Central Office is located in Centralia, Illinois with Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professionals (QIDP) located throughout the southern 31-county service area. The Central Office is open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and SICCS staff are available on a 24-hour basis for emergency situations.
